Tangerang – Kronjo Police of Tangerang City Police carried out a strong point traffic control operation on Thursday morning (January 22, 2026) as part of efforts to ensure traffic security, safety, order, and smooth flow (Kamseltibcarlantas).
The activity began at 6:30 a.m. WIB and continued until completion, taking place at the Tugu Cangkir intersection, Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency. The strong point operation was conducted by traffic unit personnel of Kronjo Police, namely Traffic Unit Head Aipda Indra S along with Briptu Mubdi.
Kronjo Police Chief Iptu Bayu Sujatmiko, S.H., M.H., stated that this activity is part of standard police procedures to anticipate traffic congestion during the busy morning hours.
“The targets of this activity include road users, the general public, and employee shuttle buses. The presence of personnel in the field aims to provide a sense of safety and comfort to the community,” said Iptu Bayu.
As a result of the strong point operation, traffic flow at the location was observed to be smooth and well-controlled, with traffic security and order conditions remaining well maintained.
Kronjo Police will continue to enhance public service activities in the traffic sector to support community mobility and prevent traffic congestion as well as traffic accidents.
