Tangerang – The Kronjo Police Sector (Polsek Kronjo), under Tangerang City Police (Polresta Tangerang), carried out a strong point traffic control activity on Thursday morning (January 22, 2026) as part of efforts to ensure traffic security, safety, order, and smooth flow (Kamseltibcarlantas).
The activity took place from 6:30 a.m. until completion at the Tugu Cangkir intersection, Kronjo District, Tangerang Regency. The strong point operation was conducted by personnel from the Kronjo Police Traffic Unit, namely Traffic Unit Head Aipda Indra S together with Briptu Mubdi.
Kronjo Police Chief Iptu Bayu Sujatmiko, S.H., M.H., stated that the activity is part of standard police procedures to anticipate traffic congestion during the busy morning hours.
“The targets of this activity are road users, the general public, and employee shuttle buses. The presence of police personnel in the field aims to provide a sense of safety and comfort to the community,” said Iptu Bayu.
As a result of the strong point activity, traffic flow at the location was observed to be smooth and under control, while the overall traffic security and safety situation remained well maintained.
Polsek Kronjo will continue to enhance public service activities in the field of traffic management to support community activities and prevent traffic congestion and accidents.
