Iran launched a missile and drone attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia on Friday night local time, injuring at least 12 United States troops. The strike also damaged a U.S. military refueling aircraft stationed at the base.
According to a report by The Wall Street Journal on Saturday (March 28, 2026), two of the injured soldiers are in critical condition.
