Liputan7aktual.com, Tangerang, – AKP Sunarto, the Head of the Narcotics Unit of Tangerang Police, represented the Tangerang Police Chief in the evidence destruction event organized by the Tangerang District Prosecutor’s Office on Thursday (12/09/2024) at the courtyard of the Tangerang District Prosecutor’s Office.
The event was also attended by various agencies, including the Tangerang District Health Office, 0510/Tigaraksa Military District Command, and the Tangerang National Narcotics Agency.
The evidence destruction activity is part of law enforcement efforts and demonstrates the commitment to eradicate criminal activities in the jurisdiction of the Tangerang Police.
The destroyed evidence included various items, such as 40.3074 grams of methamphetamine, 7 packages of marijuana seeds and leaves, 1394 tramadol pills, 1570 hexymer pills, 100 tryhexyphnidyl pills, 5 weighing scales, 24 mobile phones, 39,325 packs of untaxed cigarettes, a T-shaped key clothing bong, documents, and 77 other items.
AKP Sunarto stated that the various evidence also resulted from cases uncovered by the Tangerang Police, both from the Criminal Investigation Unit and the Narcotics Unit, in the past month.
“The evidence destruction activity is one of our concrete efforts to create a safe and conducive security situation. We are committed to continue collaborating with all relevant parties in combating all forms of crime in the jurisdiction of the Tangerang Police,” he concluded.
